Anita (left) and Karla (center) are helping two student cooks at Havasu campground. The milk, (gallon bottle on the table) was made from powdered dehydrated milk and the bags on the table are tonight's main entre, also dehydrated. the food was brought down here on horseback and we boil potable water from a spring at camp to rehydrate the food.
